Building/Construction
If you are planning a home improvement project that will alter the exterior appearance of your home, you need approval from the Homeowner's Association Board before you begin. Please fill out the Building Submittal Form below and submit it at least 30 days prior to beginning construction.

If a color is chosen from the approved exterior color palette document below you DO NOT need the Homeowner Association Board's approval.
