Building/Construction
If you are planning a home improvement project that will alter the exterior appearance of your home, you DO need approval from the Homeowner's Association Board before you begin. Please fill out the Architectural Change Request Form and submit it at least 30 days prior to starting.
Exterior Painting
If a color is chosen from the approved exterior color palette document below you DO NOT need the Homeowner Association Board's approval.
Mailboxes
All Green Street Village homes must have the same mailbox, mailbox post and mailbox post color.
