Green Street Village is a 97-home, Estridge built neighborhood in Brownsburg, Indiana. Planned Unit Development (PUD): Cranfill Development designed Green Street Village as a PUD. The neighborhood is semi-circular in shape and wraps around an upscale retail center, called Green Street Square. Green Street Village homeowners can safely walk to a variety of restaurants, a dentist, bank, movie theater, and many other conveniences. Green Street Village also has a meandering walking/running path throughout the neighborhood as well as a large park/playground area for families to spend time together.
