2020 DUES NOTICE
Annual HOA Dues notices will be sent out in the upcoming weeks. Please check your email inbox. Payment is $450 and is due March 1, 2020. If you do not have an email on file, please contact the HOA.

You can pay online or mail payment to: GSV HOA / P.O. Box 238 / Brownsburg, IN 46112

SNOW REMOVAL
Now that winter is upon us, this is a friendly reminder that all homeowners are responsible for clearing the sidewalks of snow as soon as possible after a snow event. It is especially important to clear the sidewalks at school bus stops.

According to the GSV Covenants and Restrictions, street parking is always prohibited. This becomes more important during snow events so that the Town of Brownsburg snowplows can get through the streets to clear them. Thank you for your help with this.

CARRIAGE LIGHTS
Winter is a perfect time to get your carriage light working. The nights are longer and carriage lights help keep GSV safe. If your carriage light is not working it could be due to one of the following:
  • Burnt out lightbulb
  • Broken light sensor
  • Faulty electrical wiring (the electrical lines were not buried properly when the homes were originally built.)
If you have any questions, feel free to email the board. Thank you for your help with this.
